We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase at Fur Away. This is our refund and returns policy.
Right of withdrawal (14 days)
You have 14 calendar days from receipt of your order to withdraw from the purchase without giving a reason, in accordance with EU consumer protection regulations.
Return conditions
- The product must be unused, in the same condition you received it and, whenever possible, in its original packaging.
- You must request the return by emailing rodriguezdamian565@gmail.com with your order number before sending the item back.

- We'll confirm the return address and next steps.
- Send us the item following the instructions provided.
Return shipping costs
Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the product arrived defective, damaged or different from what was ordered, in which case we cover the cost.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll notify you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, it will be processed within a maximum of 14 days using the original payment method.
Defective or damaged products
If your order arrives defective, damaged or incomplete, contact us at rodriguezdamian565@gmail.com within 48 hours of receipt, with photos of the product and packaging, and we'll offer a solution at no cost (reshipment or refund).
